SYRACUSE — Matthew Bochard and Sylvia Gargett officially exchanged the gavel Tuesday, July 7, for the Syracuse-Wawasee Rotary Club.

Bochard is the incoming president for the 2020-21 term. Gargett is outgoing president.

The Rotary Club’s mission is to provide service to others, promote integrity and advance world understanding, goodwill and peace through its fellowship of business, professional and community leaders.
