PIERCETON — A motorcyclist was injured after a two-vehicle accident in Pierceton.

Shortly before 11:45 p.m. Friday, May 1, Pierceton Fire Department and first responders were called to a report of a motorcycle versus semi accident in the eastbound lanes of US 30, near SR 13 in Pierceton.

Initial dispatch reports said the motorcyclist sustained severe cuts. The motorcyclist was taken to an area hospital.
