Virginia B. Bilyeu, 98, Moweaqua, Ill., died Wednesday, March 16, 2016, in Columbia City. Virginia was born Oct. 14, 1917, in Moweaqua, Ill., the daughter of John B. and Margaret (Still) Robinson.
