Milford Police have resolved three reports of vehicle break-ins over the past week. The case broke open late Wednesday afternoon, when, through the vigilance of employees at The Papers Inc., one of the break-ins and suspicious activity in The Papers Inc., parking lot was observed. More than 15 vehicles were broken into near North Webster overnight, but police have three people in custody charged with the crimes. Michael Alan Rockey, 18, of Cromwell, and Ryan D.
