Ruth Miller, 89, Goshen, formerly of Wakarusa, died at 11:45 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016, at Elkhart Hospice House. She was born Feb. 28, 1926, in Wakarusa, to Oliver and Anna (Weldy) Loucks.
