Ruth A. Howard, 56, of Tippecanoe, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015, in her home with her family at her side. Ruth was born March 19, 1959, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to Milton and Arminta (Edmiston) Tackett. She attended the Grace Fellowship Outreach Church in Tippecanoe.
