Robert Jessop Beer, 69, of Milford, Ind., passed away unexpectedly at 10:53 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2013, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Ind. He was born Aug. 8, 1943, to Harry L and D.
