Rita Lynn Ebert-Alvey, 54, Fort Wayne, died at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016.  Rita was born in Warsaw on Aug. 14, 1962, to John W. and Mary E. (Redinger) Ebert.
