MILFORD — Officials just announced crossings at Fourth and Emeline streets in Milford will be closed. No time frame was noted for the closure. This leaves only the crossing at First Street opened for traffic in town along with South Street in Milford Junction.

SYRACUSE — A number of motorist who travel the eastern portion of the county, in the Lake Wawasee area, have voiced concern and disapproval of the numerous railroad crossings closed from Syracuse to Cromwell. Contact was made with CSX inquiring about the crossing work.
WHITLEY COUNTY — Beginning Friday, July 10, the railroad tracks on CR 400E, north of SR 14, and the tracks on Binkley Road, north of US 30 will be closed until Tuesday morning July 14. Motorists should plan an alternate route of travel during the track closure.
WARSAW — CF&E Railroad will be closing the Washington Street and Union Street railroad crossings in Warsaw, starting Monday, July 13. The closings will allow grade crossing repairs. The crossings should be reopened on Thursday, July 16, weather permitting.
