A man was arrested Wednesday afternoon, July 15, after apparently letting his vehicle roll off of public access boat ramp and sink in Carr Lake.

SYRACUSE — The public access ramp on Medusa Street, Syracuse, will be closed by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Oct. 2-20. The state will be upgrading the ramps.
