Phyllis A. White, 84, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born March 2, 1932, in Howe, Ind., to Cleon and Carlie (Ruth) Steele.
