Paul W. Hurst, 49, passed away at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, in Warsaw, Ind. He was born Nov. 15, 1963, in Huntingburg, Ind., to Clarence and Mildred (Bleemel) Hurst.
