NEW CARLISLE – Warsaw’s boys fell a couple feet short of another trip to the IHSAA state cross country finals. The Tigers finished seventh at Saturday’s New Prairie Semi-state, missing the cut for a state meet trip by one place. Warsaw’s Zeb Hernandez and Owen Glogovsky, however, did qualify for state as individuals.
CULVER – Warsaw claimed its fourth straight regional title at Saturday’s Culver Academy Boys Cross Country Regional.
ELKHART – Warsaw’s Zeb Hernandez shocked the field with a championship run to help the Tigers boys cross country team to a team title at the Northern Lakes Conference Boys Cross Country Championships Saturday at OxBow Park.
ELKHART – The Warsaw cross country teams each finished undefeated in NLC action with wins Tuesday night.
NEW CARLISLE – Warsaw’s girls cross country team had a fantastic showing at the 48th annual New Prairie Invitational, taking third overall in the girls AAA division (large schools). The Warsaw boys were 17th in the boys AAA division (large schools).
