NORTH WEBSTER — Come one, come all to the Dixie Day Festival & Artisan Fair. Most events will take place between 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday, July 29. There is no entry fee to the festival. It celebrates the Dixie sternwheel paddle boat that has been cruising Webster Lake since 1929.

North Webster will be featured on the “Our Town” series on South Bend’s PBS TV station WNIT. The show will air from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, on channel 34.

North Webster-Tippecanoe Township Chamber of Commerce held at ribbon cutting at Threads Embroidery Shop, 713 S. Main St. (SR 13) Thursday.
