Nelson Hoover, 86, of New Paris, passed away on Aug. 4, 2017 at Courtyard Healthcare in Goshen.  He was born on March 17, 1931 in Syracuse to Martin & Edith (Wogoman) Hoover.  He was employed by Reith Riley, and Smoker Craft.  He was a lifelong area resident.   He is survived by his two daughters …read more.
