Neil Mort, 57, of Leesburg, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2015, at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born Nov. 7, 1957, to Robert W. and Clara (Couturier) Mort in Mt. Clemens, Mich.
