WARSAW — On Wednesday, Nov. 29, a complainant brought in information about an inappropriate chat involving Michael S. Anderson, a Warsaw Times-Union reporter, and minors on Facebook.   Investigators reviewed the information and contacted the Kosciusko County Prosecutor and determined the information fell under Indiana Criminal Code 35-42-4-13, inappropriate communication with a child.  Investigators pursued search …read more.
