Mary Johnson, 79, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away at 3:10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, in her residence. On Aug. 18, 1935, she was born in Floyd County, Ky., to John B. and Ada (Coleman) Whitt.
