Kent E. ‘Hippie’ Plotner, 66, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away on June 19, 2014, in Indianapolis, Ind. He was born on Aug. 18, 1947, in Warsaw, Ind., to Robert and Flo (Mollenhour) Plotner.
