MILFORD — Milford Police detained three Milford teenagers for the rash of vandalism around town, primarily spray painting graffiti on public and private property.

WARSAW — Israel Perez, 36, 365 W. Baker St., Warsaw, was arrested Saturday evening, Jan. 16, on charges of dealing marijuana to a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, both level 5 felonies; and possession of marijuana,  class B misdemeanor. MILFORD — A recent plague of vandalism and thefts from various vehicles in the town of Milford, has been solved by Milford Police. Today, Tuesday, Nov. 24, officers were able to detain two juvenile males that confessed to the numerous incidents that have exceeded $5,000 in total damage. A 17-year-old Syracuse teen, waived to adult court in June on drug charges, has now been charged with new offenses as an adult in Kosciusko Superior Court 1. Austin P. Davidson, 17, 8181 E. KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — A charge of residential entry, a level 6 felony, was filed against Justin A. Ciriello, 19, 12265 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, on Nov. 6 in Kosciusko Circuit Court. He has been arrested on Oct. 21 and held on $5,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

WARSAW — A 14-year-old Milford teen and a 10-year-old Milford youth appeared before Juvenile Court Judge David Cates this afternoon, for an initial juvenile hearing. MILFORD — A 14-year-old and 17-year-old from Milford are facing charges in connection with numerous thefts from vehicles though out Milford, an attempted break in at Dollar General and break-in at Milford School.

WARSAW — Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies responded yesterday at 4:45 p.m. to a residence in the area of the 200 block of Hunter’s Ridge, Warsaw, regarding a burglary.

An argument which began on Facebook ended with two teenagers injured in an early Monday morning stabbing in Syracuse. Information on the altercation has been sent to the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s office and county probation department for possible charges of battery resulting in serious bodily injury and aggravated assault.
