Joseph Frank Aguinaga, 79, of Rochester, passed away at 11:35 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017 at Woodlawn Hospital. On May 9, 1938, Joe was born in Chicago to Cresencio and Susan Hernandez Aguinaga.
