Mrs. Joann W. Clingler, 74, of Tippecanoe passed away at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 23, 2015, at her son’s home. On April 18, 1941, Joann was born in Delong to Joseph Walter and Daisey Mae Miller Denny.
