Jay E. Watkins, 53,  passed away on Saturday morning, Aug. 8, 2015, at his home. Jay was born on Aug. 7, 1962 in Indianapolis, and has been a lifelong resident of the Plymouth area.  He retired in 2009 after 16 years of employment with Northern Indiana Vending.  He enjoyed the vending business and vending machines.
