PLYMOUTH — A driver who observed headlights and believed those lights belonged to a vehicle, on the side of road, were instead the light of an oncoming train. The vehicle’s driver and passenger were injured and taken to a local hospital.

The Indiana Lincoln Highway Association is hosting a series of public meetings to discuss elements that will be included in the Indiana Lincoln Highway Byway Corridor Management Plan.

A Leesburg man is walking historic Lincoln Highway starting Friday, Kosciusko County Commissioners heard Tuesday.
