Herbert S. Freel, 76 of Warsaw, passed away at 3:58 a.m. Friday, Feb. 20, 2015, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. On July 6, 1938, he was born in Freeport, Ill., to Howard and Dorothy (Dunkin) Freel. He was united in marriage to Martha Parrish on June 23, 1962, in Plant City, Fla.,  who survives.
