The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered General Motors more than $5 million in infrastructure assistance and training grants based on the expansion plans. GM Recalls More Vehicles

General Motors is recalling nearly 1.2 million SUVs for defective side air bags. The Detroit, Mich., automaker has also recalled a total of about 364,000 commercial vans and Cadillac sedans for separate problems.
