SYRACUSE — The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for the northeastern part of Kosciusko County until 7:45 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27. According to a NWS weather alert, doppler radar showed thunderstorms with heavy rainfall over the Syracuse and Lake Wawasee area, with an estimated 2 to 3 inches of rain since about 3:45 p.m.
