KOSCIUSKO — The National Weather Service Northern Indiana has issued a flood advisory for Kosciusko and surrounding counties until 9:15 p.m. Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a band of showers with embedded thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

As much as 3 to 4 inches of rain has been reported in some locations. Additional rainfall of around an inch is expected over the area. The additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Turn around when encountering flooded roads.
