ELKHART COUNTY — David Teel, 54, Cromwell, was pronounced deceased at the scene of a one-vehicle accident this morning, Monday, Nov. 28. The accident was reported at 9:55 a.m. on CR 43, north of CR 46, south of Millersburg.
BENTON — Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department and the Elkhart County Coroner’s Office are investigating the cause of the death of 82-year-old Lyle Burtsfield, found deceased in the water along the banks of the Elkhart River. Burtsfield resided near the river.
