Dorothy (Everest) Simpson, 98, Goshen, formerly of Elkhart, died 2:36 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2016, at her residence. She was born Feb. 5, 1918, in Cass County, Mich., to Ralph and Gladys (Stark) Everest. She married Alan Simpson on Sept. 1, 1939 and he died Oct. 25, 1998.
