WARSAW — A semitractor that jackknifed near the intersection of Lake City Highway and Anchorage/CR 200N, has shut down eastbound traffic behind it. An extensive diesel spill occurred in the roundabout at Lake Street and Fox Farm Road around 4 p.m. Friday.
