The Tippecanoe Township board met with Fire Chief Jeremy Likens and Township Trustee Chris Francis at its regular monthly meeting,Wednesday, July 15, in the Tippecanoe Township Building, North Webster.

A hands-free law regarding cellular phone usage while driving goes into effect Wednesday, July 1.

Tippecanoe Township Advisory Board approved further discussed properties where a second fire station could be built and the purchase of fire equipment at its Wednesday, June 10, meeting.

Although Jeff Clark, Kosciusko County’s new animal control officer, has only been serving in the position for a month, he jokes that he is already wondering how he’ll ever get caught up.
