WEST LAFAYETTE – Purdue beat Illinois 29-10 Saturday afternoon, but lost quarterback David Blough to a broken leg.

BLOOMINGTON – Jonathan Taylor and the Wisconsin Badgers ran away from Indiana, 45-17, Saturday afternoon.

SOUTH BEND – Notre Dame ran past Wake Forest 48-37 Saturday for its seventh straight win.

LAKEVILLE — Triton came up just short as LaVille finally broke through in the Sectional 41 championship game, 10-3, in Lakeville Friday night.

MISHAWAKA – No. 4 Penn blanked Warsaw 40-0 to win its fifth straight sectional championship Friday night.
