Betty L. Davidson, 78, of Elkhart, Ind., passed away at 10:34 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born Sept. 9, 1935, in Bluestone, W.V., to Carlton and Helen (Hubbard) Otey.
