WARSAW — A mother distraught that her children had been taken from her, threatened to harm herself and was taken to the hospital where she spit in the face of a nurse. She has been arrested on a charge of battery by bodily waste, a level 6 felony.

WARSAW — A misdemeanor theft charge against an Indianapolis man was enhanced to a level 6 felony after it was learned he had been convicted on conversion in 2015.
