WARSAW — A mother distraught that her children had been taken from her, threatened to harm herself and was taken to the hospital where she spit in the face of a nurse. She has been arrested on a charge of battery by bodily waste, a level 6 felony.

WARSAW — A misdemeanor theft charge against an Indianapolis man was enhanced to a level 6 felony after it was learned he had been convicted on conversion in 2015. He also faces three other charges including two charges of battery by bodily waste, both level six felonies, and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor.
