Barbara A. Mills, 60, Plymouth, passed away at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016, unexpectedly in her home. Barbara was born the daughter of Robert William and Joan Mae (Butterfield) Pritchard at Valparaiso, Aug. 11, 1956. She married to William F.
