ELKHART — Transcripts of testimony during the grand jury, which indicted Kosciusko County Sheriff C. Aaron Rovenstine, of those individuals the state will or may call during the trial, were addressed in a telephonic conference shortly after noon today, Wednesday, Aug. 24.

ELKHART — A status conference has been set for approximately noon, Wednesday, Aug. 24, regarding an order issued by Elkhart Superior Court 1 Judge Evan S. Roberts, in the case against C. Aaron Rovenstine. The status conference will be conducted either telephonically or in person.

WARSAW — Real estate directional signs, such as a home for sale sign, have become a problem in recent months in Kosciusko County. During its regular monthly meeting Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 4, in Warsaw, the Kosciusko County Area Planning Commission continued a discussion starting last month about whether or not the ordinance governing real estate directional signs needs to be revised.
