KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The Miss Kosciusko pageant took place Saturday, Feb. 15, at Wawasee High School. The Miss Kosciusko winner is Jullianna Niebbia, a sophomore at Purdue University who lives in Warsaw. The Miss Kosciusko Outstanding Teen winner is Chloe Bollinger, a freshman at Whitko Jr./Sr. High School who lives in South Whitley.
