Area police officers have apprehended a suspect who allegedly shoplifted at Kohl’s in Warsaw after fleeing from the store. Details are still being released but according to officials, the suspect was located by officers as they proceeded northbound near Leesburg. A North Webster man, who allegedly stole a credit card, was apprehended after a video shows him making two purchases at a Freedom Express Convenience Store. Brandon D. Long, 33, 140 S.
