Bryce Zimpelman led the Tippecanoe Valley golf team to two wins Thursday.

Zimpelman took medalist honors with a 39 as the Vikings shot 169 to easily defeat Caston (203) and North Miami (241).

Trevor Neeley shot a 40 and Jeremy Julian a 43 for the Vikings. Cole Cumberland had a 47 and Kane Stellar a 59 for Valley.

The Vikings will play in the Whitko Invitational on Saturday.

Eagles Top Valley Baseball

South Bend Adams topped host Valley 9-6 in non-conference baseball action.

Garrett Bell led the Vikings with two hits and three RBI.

Austin Perdieu had two hits, including a double, for Valley. Brandon Webster and Alec Craig each had two hits and Luke Helton a double. Craig took the pitching loss.

Valley will play at doubleheader at Taylor on Saturday.
