Ready to break out of cabin fever and beat the winter doldrums? Tickets are still available for the North Webster American Legion Post 253 first ever Sportsman’s Night. The event is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, at the Legion, 756 S. SR 13.

The public is invited but a ticket is necessary for entry. The price of the ticket allows the holder admittance to the event, dinner and raffle entry. Tickets are available at the Legion, Loose Moose Motorsports, Ye Olde Tackle Shop and One Stop Bait Stop.

Prizes will be awarded every 15 minutes beginning at 6 p.m. and will include at least four guns and archery and fishing equipment. The final prize of the evening is a safe. Winners do not have to be present to win but must have a ticket. Winners of guns must be 18 years of age and pass a background check.
