• 8:33 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 6900 block East CR 500N, Leesburg. Jamie L. Ramos reported identity theft.

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 12:57 p.m. Thursday, July 23, South CR 700E, Akron. Driver: Myrna L. Mullen, 79, Macy. Mullen lost control of her vehicle and went into a ditch.
• 12:56 a.m. Thursday, July 23, SR 14, Rochester. Driver James E. Shoemaker, 32, Tippecanoe. Hit deer.
• 8:43 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, CR 475N and CR 400W, Rochester. Driver: Alisha Kough, no other information available. Kough’s vehicle struck a tree.
