PIERCETON – The Pierceton Chamber of Commerce has announced the opening of the Whitko Art Gallery in downtown Pierceton located at 130 N. Main St.

The Whitko Art Gallery is a Fine Arts Gallery displaying the history and success stories of the Whitko Visual Arts Program. The Gallery provides space for works of art collected by the Whitko Art Department and provides a venue for local artists to meet, create, and display. The Whitko Art Gallery will also now be a local venue to host art workshops and art Classes for all ages.

The Gallery will engage with local music, dance, and drama artists as well. The Whitko Art Gallery will be open for their summer hours Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Whitko Art Gallery will also be open on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Open Studio and Life Studies.
