SOUTH BEND – 1st Source Bank has announced Rob Spencer has joined our team, serving the Warsaw market as a mortgage loan originator.

Spencer brings with him over 20 years of mortgage industry experience, most of it being in northern Indiana.

Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA, both from Portland State University. He serves on the Warsaw High School theater Booster Board, serves his church as a small group leader and softball coach, and is an affiliate member of the Kosciusko Board of Realtors.
