Dear Editor,

I’m not sure what is going on with Kauffman Medispa, but the business will not answer phone calls, or respond to phone messages.

They returned to the office after being closed due to Covid-19 and made new appointments, but are not open.

The website has been removed as well. I have a credit on my account, but no answer back on a refund. Is the business closed? Very rude how they have treated their customers and poor business management.
