Chad Miner would be a great fit for Superior Court 3 Judge due to his passion for the community, experience, moral and conservative political beliefs. He is also very familiar with Superior Court 3 since he has served as Judge Pro Tem often.

If you are not used to the legal world, you may not recognize the term Judge Pro Tempore or Pro Tem. Essentially, this means a temporary judge. A Judge Pro Tempore is required when the sitting judges have emergencies, conferences, or planned vacations. The judges decide who is going to take their place while they are gone. Obviously, they and their staff want to request someone who is competent, dependable, and can handle any emergency that might come up that day or week. This is exactly why Chad Miner is requested by judges so much to fill in as Judge Pro Tempore.

Chad is an extremely fair, thoughtful, nice, sweet, and smart person who not only has his Juris Doctorate – law degree; but also, his MBA – Masters in Business. His father, Attorney Mike Miner, served our county very well and I have no doubt Chad will follow with a judicious hand.
