WABASH – Bethany Madding has joined Crossroads Bank as a Branch Manager in Warsaw.

She received an Associate’s of Science degree in both Criminal Justice and Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College in Warsaw.

She has 17 years of banking experience, including customer service, loan servicing, and day to day branch management in the Warsaw community.

Bethany is a member of the Head Start Policy Council and Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana. Her, and husband, Jeff, reside in Warsaw with their three children, Mason, Aiden, and Paige.
