WARSAW – Food distribution by the Salvation Army and the Food Bank of Northern Indiana will continue through May.

That’s the word from Ken Locke, envoy for the Salvation Army in Warsaw.

Locke was working at a drive-through distribution event at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds Wednesday morning, May 6, where a long line of vehicles was waiting for the 10 a.m. start. The distribution was expected to continue until about noon Wednesday.

The next event will be 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at Triton Elementary School, 200 Triton Drive, Bourbon.

An updated schedule will be released soon for more upcoming events, Locke said.

He said they plan to reevaluate the program at the end of May.
