Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

6:51 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, North SR 13, north of EMS B21 Lane, Pierceton. Driver: Michele R. Fisher, 53, South Mary Lafern Street, North Webster. Fisher was traveling south on SR 13 when two deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $10,000.

10:25 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, West Old Road 30, west of North CR 350W, Warsaw. Driver: Leonardo D. Medina Quiroga, 21, West Old Road 30 Lot 627, Warsaw. Medina Quiroga was traveling west on West Old Road 30 when his vehicle left the roadway and entered a pond. Both Medina Quiroga and a passenger were able to exit the vehicle safely. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $10,000.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

6:05 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, 518 N. Higbee St., Milford. Drivers: Rachel L. Stampe, 30, South Harrison Street, North Webster; and Melinda C. Barnhart, 41, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Stampe was backing her vehicle form a parking space when she sideswiped Barnhart’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

5:37 p.m. Thursday, April 30, Huntington Street, Syracuse. Driver: Ronda L. Coburn, 55, SR 13, Syracuse. Coburn was making a left turn from a parking lot when her vehicle struck a concrete barrier. Damage up to $10,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

4:46 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 802 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw. Driver: Rebekah L. Rueck, 49, West CR 200N, Warsaw. Rueck was backing her vehicle from a parking space when she struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

1:58 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 540 E. Market St., Warsaw. Driver: Angel L. Conley, 72, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Conley was backing her vehicle out of a parking space when she struck a parked vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

12:41 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 617 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw. Driver: Rogelio A. Navarro, 41, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Navarro was turning left when his vehicle collided with a parking lot post. Damage up to $1,000.
