WARSAW – Miller’s Health System celebrated the upcoming construction of a new collection of duplexes that will be known as The Villas at County Farm Crossing – located along County Farm Road and adjacent to Miller’s Senior Living Complex.

Phase 1 will include four duplexes containing eight villas, according to a news release from the company.

Each villa will include 2,000 square feet of living space, an open concept foyer, kitchen, a master suite and bath as well as a guest room and bath.

Patrick Boyle, president and CEO of Miller’s Health System, said, “We are pleased to offer this community to seniors in the area who are looking for an alternative to homeownership while maintaining all their independence. We can have a home designed with upscale features and efficiencies, built with plenty of space to enjoy and entertain, without the worries of ongoing maintenance and with no large initial investments of cash.”

Optional meal deliveries and access to the fitness center are also part of the plan.

Representatives of Miller’s Heath Systems joined representatives of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce for a groundbreaking Monday afternoon.
